Gacha Tiny

Fixes tiny outline issue when using tiny heads. This is low effort and will make big heads have thick outlines as consequence of making the lines bigger. I expect to use this as a base for my other mod, Gacha Portable. You can use it too, no permission needed.

MS Paint icon used for no reason tbh. The HD Icon made by MarchMountain. I plan on updating this, I just wanted to get this out there with the hairs done.

Uses it's own save slots.
